Approach to Therapy
I believe in a coaching model approach—one that encourages
strategic thinking and a resilient mindset.
My coaching style is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Strength-Modeling, and Motivational Therapies among several others. I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Insomnia for clients struggling with primary insomnia.
